Rice with prawns recipe

This recipe is one of my mother’s favourite. Luckily, it’s also one of my favourite dish. And the good news is that this recipe is so easy that even someone like me, with no particular cooking skills and no time to lose in cooking, can make it.

This is one of the few dishes that I cook when I have guests because I know that it would be a great success.


-A can of chopped tomatoes if needed
-Artichoke hearts
Method :
Meanwhile the rice is boiling :
-Cut the tomatoes
-Put the tomatoes in the pan with the artichoke hearts
-Once you get a tomato sauce, add the prawns

The rice and the sauce should be ready approximately at the same time.
And here is the result!
I’m sure your guests would be delighted, especially if they know how bad your are at cooking. They will never think that it took only 15 minutes to prepare!
